How to confirm an appointment with AT&T? ›

After you schedule your AT&T store appointment, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. When you get to the store, just check in with a rep and let them know you have an appointment.

Authorized retail stores are privately owned and can have their own requirements on purchases. They do have to follow AT&T guidelines on certain things but they are indepedent of AT&T. You may find it different from one authorized retailer to another.

Click on "Store Info" for the store of interest, and then click on "About": All Authorized retail stores are clearly identified in the About section of the page. And Corporate stores only have the store name: That's it.
