This was my first experience getting a mm card. Dr. Russo took his time and explained everything to me with suggestions for usage. Sharon, the office coordinator, stayed past her end of day to help me register and tell me the "ins & outs" of purchasing my medicine at the local dispensary. Going to DocMJ was a simple process which I would recommend without hesitation.

I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Russo and his Assistant, Sharon. They are so compassionate and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Russo and Sharon both shared the information I needed and answered any questions I had. Sharon is on top of her game and attends to each person like they're family. Can't say enough about them!

Highly recommend DocMJThey are efficient and knowledgeableYou must go see Sharon who will warmly welcome you to the office and will get you in to see the doctor ASAP. And then after seeing the doctor Sharon will help you to secure the approved medical marijuana card on the spot. Then Sharon recommended dispensaries near me. Had my appointment today and it was a great experience. Walked in and met Sharon the intake specialist. She was super funny, friendly and compassionate. Then met with Dr. Shaw and talked about my needs specific to my diagnosis. Answered any questions I had in great detail and was very patient with me. Process was quick, easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend coming to this location.

The first person you will deal with is the office manager, Sharon. She is the absolute best and will walk you through the process from beginning to end. She is very nice and shows how much she cares about the patients.I saw Dr. Shaw. She's an incredibly nice lady. She took the time to discuss the impacts of my "qualifying condition" on my quality of life and how marijuana has helped improve it. (This was a visit for renewal.) That Dr. Shaw specializes in palliative care was evident and much appreciated.The entire experience was not one that you have "to get through" like many doctors' office visits. It was one in which you could tell you were being cared for from the beginning to the end.I have sincere appreciation for both Sharon and Dr. Shaw, and I recommend them highly.

This morning, I had an appointment with DocMJ. My experience was off the chart awesome. Sharon Edwards, the office assistant, has the most uniquely refreshing personality. She handles all aspects of getting patients signed up - even navigating new clients through the state application process. She has a sense of humor and is extremely responsive to questions. Sharon gives out her email and work number to all and encourages folks to call her if there are issues, questions, or concerns. I had my first meeting this morning with Dr. Shaw, and she is a real treasure. She spent a lot of time with me discussing my overall health needs and assisted me in thinking through my options. She has an extremely loving invitational spirit. I left the office with new knowledge and a plan to move forward. Thank you, Dr. Shaw and Sharon. You are the greatest.

10/10 would recommend DocMJ! Brought my 73 y/o mom in to get all setup with her medical card and the team at DocMJ made it not only easy but a pleasure. Dr Russo was knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything and answering every question. Ms Sharon is an absolute angel! She helped get all the final logistics taken care, gave us great recommendations (and coupons!) to the local dispensaries, made us laugh & feel comfortable - she is all about taken care of business and her people. This was a completely new experience for me and I was nervous; event though my doctor sent me here. I grew up learning this was a serious drug. Well yes, it is, but for a lot of wonderful medicinal reasons that people should be able to access. And this practice, beginning at check in and working with Dr. Russo made the process very easy and non-intimidating. I felt comfortable asking questions; to which I received excellent non jargon filled answers. I am very happy that I was referred to this practice and look forward to working with them.

I had no idea what to expect when I booked my appointment. However, upon arrival, Sharon made me feel so welcome and comfortable my tensions were eased. A informative consultation with a very knowledgeable doctor was again, very reassuring. After my consultation, Sharon worked her magic and within minutes, had me set up with a temp. card and I was on my way to a dispensary. DocMJ has a very helpful and professional staff making my visit a 5 star experience. I would definitely recommend DocMJ and will continue to use them specifically. I'm very glad I chose them! This place is great first time registering and seeing doctor for my card. The doctor was great but his medical assistant Sharon will surely put a smile on your face. This lady is awesome. She has some real wit to her and she saved me a long delay for trying to do things on my own. Let her help you!! Definitely 10/10 place fast and convenient friendly environment. Inflexible scheduling. They do not book afternoon appointments unless the morning schedule fills up. I am not available in the morning so this place does not work for me. Also, they only have appointments 2 days a week.

Let me tell you something!! I had the most amazing experience with Dr Russo and the receptionist Sharon!! I was so nervous coming in for my first apartment. Sharon was an absolute angel. Sharon was incompetent and arrogant. Not helpful what’s so ever. Disrespectful to say the least. My experience was atrocious, felt like I was shopping in the Flea market or she Swap Shop. Unprofessional. They lost another customer. She needs to be sanctioned for treating people so negatively.

Dr. Sofat and Sharon were great. They educated me on the process entirely. Sharon was very helpful with all my application questions and needs. The payment plan they offer is generous; considering those who may have an urgent need but unable to pay the service fee in full. I will be coming back for a renewal using their services. I thought it would be a tedious process but it wasn't. It was a pleasant experience.

Didn't know what to expect going in but the experience was quick, smooth, and simple. Dr. Belotti listened to my concerns and gave useful feedback as well as making the visit feel personal despite being a new patient. Dr. Brian Szabo, what a nice fellow! Online video renewal consult was extremely easy, fast and completely professional. Dr. Szabo was prepared, had reviewed my chart prior to our session and confirmed my needs in short order, answering all my questions without hesitation. Highly recommend.

The office location is fine. The tiny office is fine. They're not trying to spend tons of cash on a flashy office and overhead.Sharon is awesome. Whoever can't get along with Sharon has some issues because, I am fairly hard to impress and even more difficult to get along with. Sharon was fun. She knew her business and was quick and efficient.Doc was cordial, professional and neutral. He didn't try pushing any particular agenda or anything. He listened to my concerns and gave me some great recommendations. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly.I honestly can't see where these negative reviews would come from. Maybe because of the small little office? I applaud them for not having a fancy office.If you're in the area, even if you're not, this is a good doc and a good Sharon to visit. (My second favorite Sharon, sorry Sharon)

Sharon is incredible. There hasn't been a situation that i have called her and she hasn't helped me. She is the epitome of what customer service should look like. She helped to plan out my expirations, card renewals and doctors visits easily. She makes this entire process run effortlessly. A genuine asset.

Save yourself the money/time and take your business elsewhere! If I could give this establishment negative stars, I most certainly would. First off, the “receptionist” Sharon, is absolutely atrocious. Her attitude is vile. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45 AM and I was not seen until nearly 1 PM, because Sharon has some weird vendetta against me and kept letting every single patient in the waiting room who had a later appointment time than me go ahead of me. The doctor is nice, but my recommendation was capped at less than 15,000 mg (I used to get nearly 100,000 mg in every single category.) He acted as though by me asking for a sublingual route I was asking for something extra, when I went there having all my routes opened. I even got 50% off for being in the business since I work at a dispensary and let me tell you something, saving the hundred dollars wasn’t worth it. Next time I’ll be going back to the 420 Dr. Lillian Evans. Thanks for the subpar service! Definitely won’t be coming back to this establishment.
